RCM Health Care is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to work directly in schools, with positions available in Dearborn, MI. We are offering immediate interviews!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1. Master of Social Work degree (MSW).
• 2. Approval by the State of Michigan as a school social worker.
• 3. Experience working in a school setting.
• 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 5. Experience participating in the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team process.
• 6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Collaborate with families, educational staff, and community agencies to coordinate programs and services.
• 2. Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• 3. Provide individual and small group support to students.
• 4. Develop and reinforce Positive Behavior Intervention Supports.
• 5. Assist families and students with information, referrals, and follow-ups to community resources.

SCHEDULE:

• School Year - Full Time - Adheres to the Academic Calendar - Long-term assignment from 8/25 to 11/28.
