Go-to-Market Strategist For Small And Medium-Sized Businesses

We are looking for an experienced strategist and go-to-market leader to support the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). The vision is to make Amazon Key/Ring the preferred brand for this customer segment across the globe.

This role is inherently cross-functional - this leader will work closely with sales and marketing, engineering, product, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, PR and executive teams to:

• Conduct market researches and identify customer pain points
• Identify main players in the market and their key strengths
• Recommend product solutions
• Define objectives and the go-to-market plan
• Setup and own the launch roadmap
• Track progresses towards goals

The ideal candidate is a motivated and multi-talented individual with experience in strategy definition, go-to-market, sales channels and market research. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team player, able to work independently and has a track record of delivering business results under tight timelines. The ideal candidate has a passion for smart home combined with an established track record of earning trust with new technologies. They will be a senior, business & product leader who learns quickly, thinks big, invents and communicates compelling propositions. This leader will demonstrate adaptability in switching perspectives as required from high-level decisions to everyday inspection of business health and progress. They should thrive amidst ambiguity, make high-judgment decisions, and be an inspirational leader of teams.
