Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Territory Manager - Inside Sales (Healthcare) to join our team! The Primary Care Territory Manager (PCTM) is a high impact inside sales role within Linde's Healthcare division, responsible for managing a large portfolio of small medical accounts across a vast geography. This includes thousands of primary care providers, dentists, and veterinarians. The PCTM drives growth through proactive outreach, strategic account management, and new business development.

Salary Range- $74,400 to $93,000 (commensurate with industry experience)
What you will be doing:
• Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of small healthcare accounts including dermatology, dental, and veterinary practices.
• Sign and onboard new accounts each month through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital engagement.
• Maintain positive Accounts Receivables.
• Review and resolve any customer invoice concerns.
• Provide quotes for medical gases and hardgoods, secure contracts, and ensure accurate account setup and pricing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and qualify new leads.
• Maintain and analyze won/lost data to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure high satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Support outside sales teams with audits when necessary.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activity, and report performance metrics.
• Operate with a high sense of urgency while identifying priorities/tasks.

• 3-5 years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or B2B environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume sales activity and deliver consistent results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience with quoting, contracts, and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
