Mathnasium of Mathnasium (ID: 3205602) is looking for a passionate, patient, and energetic individual to join our team as a Pre-K Math Instructor for our Great Foundations programa fun, engaging math curriculum designed specifically for pre-K and early elementary students (ages 46). What you will do as a Pre-K Math Instructor:

• Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Lead our curriculum Great Foundations, designed for students ages 4-6
• Build foundational math skills through interactive, hands-on activities and games
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each young learner
• Become proficient with educational materials and processes
• Teach 812 hours/week (mornings, twice a week)
• Optional: pick up extra hours during our regular business hours (after school and weekends) if desired

What we are looking for in a Pre-K Math Instructor:

• Passion for math and working with young children
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I

As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.

Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
