You're a skilled Plumber Supervisor with a wealth of experience in overseeing plumbing operations and leading teams to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance. This is a contingent position based upon contract award

What You'll Do

In the role of Plumber, Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
• Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Must be a US or Australian citizen
• Must have a US TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
• Must have a minimum of seven years of plumbing experience.
• Must have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a Journeyman or Master Plumbing license, or AUS equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
• Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

Desired Qualifications

• Backflow Prevention Inspector Certification

This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
