The role you'll contribute:

The Office Supervisor provides on-site support and assistance to Practice Administrator for daily operations of practice to include financial, operations and personnel management within the policies and procedures of Florida Hospital Physician Group; as a working employee of the practice. Provides leadership for staff; communicates and models mission and values of the system.

The value you'll bring to the team:

Supervises the staff in the office to which they are assigned.

Directs staff in the day to day activities of the office.

Prepares and updates staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage in the practice. Works closely with the Practice Administrator on this task.

Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, is responsible for training, development and assignment of tasks to the office staff.

Coordinates completion of employee competencies in a timely manner.

Assists Practice Administrator to ensure charges are entered daily and the revenue cycle process is meeting organization expectations (i.e. collecting copays, working denied claims)

Qualifications:

High School Grad or Equiv - Required

2 Medical Assistant Experience - Required

1 Leadership Experience - Preferred
