Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Design and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all necessary physician orders are acquired and current.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
