As a Personal Care Assistant, you will:

• Provide direct patient care and assistance according to the care plan
• Measure and document vital signs and other pertinent information as directed
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care

Recognize and report any abnormal findings or changes in the patient's condition.

To qualify for a Personal Care Assistant position with us, you will need:

• At least one (1) year of verifiable experience in healthcare or as a health aide
• Preferred certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions and document patient observations accurately
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance
