• CNA pay range: $21 to $41 an hour

• Provide exceptional nursing care in post-acute care facilities
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Monitor vital signs and document findings
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the facility
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and daily activities
• Reposition and transport residents as required
• Maintain open communication among staff, residents, and family members
• Engage with residents regularly, addressing their needs promptly
• Adhere to care plans and comply with regulations and policies

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
