• CNA pay range: $21 to $41 an hour

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities
• Observe residents’ conditions and alert the nursing team about updates
• Monitor and report vital signs of residents
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by sanitizing surfaces and changing linens
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, and daily living activities (ADLs)
• Reposition and transport residents within the facility as needed
• Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
