Sutter Health is looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients entering the medical facility. This role is essential for outpatient facilities, focusing on patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and updating the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The position also involves managing intake procedures, including healthcare and insurance form completion, and payment collection. The candidate must ensure effective communication and cooperation with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers while adhering to all organizational, local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety in patient care.

Pay Range is $24.58 to $30.72 / hour
