Pay Rate: $24/hour

Duration: 13-week contract starting July 28

Shifts: Multiple available between 7 AM 7 PM (5x8-hour days); open availability preferred

Start Date: July 28, 2025

About the Role:

Cedars-Sinai is hiring Patient Access Representatives to support patient admissions and registration. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the nation's top healthcare institutions. Training is conducted onsite, with the potential to transition to remote work upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-admit and face-to-face registration for patients
• Verify insurance eligibility (government and non-government)
• Handle co-pays, deductibles, and financial documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
• Use EPIC to schedule and manage patient information
• Answer high-volume, multi-line calls in a healthcare setting

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or related healthcare roles
• EPIC experience required (must know how to schedule in EPIC)
• Experience in a healthcare call center environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
