Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences:
- Greet every customer warmly and observe their needs to provide personalized service.
- Promote and enroll new members in the DSW Loyalty program.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and complete transactions, both in-store and digitally.
Ensure a welcoming shopping environment:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including common areas and the stockroom.
- Receive and manage inventory, ensuring products are presented according to DSW standards.
Utilize technology to enhance customer service:
- Be involved in the fulfillment process by locating, inspecting, and packaging products for pickup or delivery.
- Use company tools effectively for product searches and inquiries.
Put the customer first:
- Process transactions accurately, following cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with the CEL when addressing customer concerns or queries.
- Adhere to asset protection policies to maintain store security.
Bring a positive attitude every day:
- Engage in daily team huddles and training sessions.
- Be open to receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
- Foster a sense of teamwork and inclusivity.
Required Skills:
- Availability to meet the business demands.
- Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology (Register, iPhone, Calculator).
- Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- No previous retail experience is necessary; we welcome all candidates!
