Position Overview

Title: P&C Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (40-50% in-office in Cincinnati, Ohio)

What They're Looking For

An experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professional with a strong background in residential lines. The ideal candidate should have:

• A deep understanding of insurance product management
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Experience with rate setting, product design, underwriting guidelines, and market positioning

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the profit and loss of a specific insurance product line
• Lead product reviews, rate setting, and state-specific implementations
• Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, and Marketing
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handle DOI complaints
• Support go-to-market strategies and business readiness

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of pricing segmentation, state regulations, reinsurance, and underwriting
• Ability to lead and innovate

Education

• Required: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Math, or related field
