Requirements:
For Dry Van Drivers:
- Must hold a valid CDL-A
- At least 6 months of driving experience required
- Must be at least 21 years old
For Refrigerated Drivers:
- Must hold a valid CDL-A
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred; 6 months acceptable
- Prior experience with refrigerated loads within the last 36 months preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old

Competitive Pay Structure:
Dry Van:
- Earn between 57 - 65 CPM*
- Weekly earnings ranging from $1,254 - $1,625*
- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week*
- Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM
Refrigerated:
- Earn between 60 - 66 CPM*
- Base pay capped at 66 CPM
- Weekly earnings ranging from $1,320 - $1,650*
- Average 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week*
Veterans earn an extra 1 CPM.
