Schedule: We offer flexible part-time schedules with options to work nights, along with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Essential Duties:

1. Provide excellent customer service for routine inquiries via various communication channels.
2. Utilize a computerized system for tracking information and troubleshooting.
3. Respond to customer inquiries accurately, using pre-scripted responses.
4. Assist callers with online applications and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
6. Report any issues in the online system to ensure they are addressed promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A willingness to work overtime and during holidays as needed.
• Physical presence at the worksite is essential for collaboration and communication.
• Must complete internal training programs for role development.
