Panera Bread Manager
Sodexo is seeking a Panera Bread Manager at Beth Isreal Newark Hospital in Newark, NJ. The retail store manager will direct all operations for the Panera Bread location in the medical center. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage all retail operations for the Panera Bread location
- Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
- Provide high-level service to customers
- Oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
- Manage vendor relationships and compliance
- Maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
- Coordinate department safety and sanitation

What You Bring
- Management experience in the food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
- Previous experience working in a high volume facility
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation and experience enforcing
- Coffee or barista experience preferred
