High Volume Operator Or Packing Filling

Our client, a leading player in the packaging industry, is seeking a professional to join their team. As a High Volume Operator or Packing Filling, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent record-keeping abilities, and a proactive approach to machine operation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $17 - 18.25 per hour 10-12 hour shift with OT Weekends

What's the Job?

• Efficiently pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Mechanically inclined with cause and effect mindset
• Operate and set up machinery for packaging processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED proof required.
• Proven skills in packing and/or machine operation.
• Strong communication, and mechanical skills.
• Detailed oriented and record keeping
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 10-12 hour shifts
• Overtime is mandatory up to 8-25 hours per week as required.
