Full-Time Hours: Choose from 4-day or 5-day on-site schedules, including weekends.

Position Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and manage account inquiries using cutting-edge technology.
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to address product, pricing, and shipping inquiries swiftly and accurately.
• Foster strong customer relationships through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's optimal solutions.
• Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential!
