Data Migration Developer

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Developer to lead the extraction, transformation, and migration of HR and payroll data from Oracle systems into the Dayforce HCM platform. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, compliance, and seamless transition during our HCM modernization initiative. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing Oracle HCM and payroll data structures to identify relevant data sets for migration
• Designing and implementing ETL processes to extract data from Oracle and load into Dayforce
• Performing data mapping between Oracle source fields and Dayforce target schemas
• Collaborating with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams to validate business rules and data requirements
• Cleansing, transforming, and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Supporting testing cycles including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Documenting migration logic, mapping specifications, and validation procedures
• Troubleshooting data issues and optimizing performance of migration scripts
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements
