Skills and Attributes for Success

• Prior full‑stack software product development experience with understanding of DevOps and supporting services.
• Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle with proven agile methodology.
• Hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages.
• Effectively work with client engagement teams fostering an innovative and inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of current technology environment and industry trends.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technology software development experience.
• Back‑end experience using modern technologies (Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Front‑end development with React, Angular or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands‑on experience building applications/platforms with cloud native/microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, container deployment.
• Experience with modern collaborative development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks; knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/ReactJS, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra or other NoSQL DBs.
