Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect (Learning and Talent management) at Capgemini

Work on Oracle Cloud HCM (Learning and Talent management) implementations. This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analyzing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development.

Your Role

• Strong experience with Oracle SaaS Applications.
• Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
• Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements.
• Identifying how the Oracle Cloud HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements.
• Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
• Supporting configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management workstreams.
• Project management or team lead of large Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Be the design lead of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations for the modules in your expertise.
• Shape Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to help our clients solve complex situations.
• Deliver advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery).
• Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organizations.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle SaaS Applications – specifically Talent Management and Learning.
• 8-10 years of experience in complex Oracle HCM Implementations.
• +5 years’ experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud HCM (in lead roles).
• Certified in two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules listed above.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of Planning Business Processes.
• Experience in pre-sales solutioning and leading a project team through the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in the IT profession.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of SAAS HCM modules.
• Motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the location is $97,700 to $203,800 and may be eligible for additional compensation including variable pay. See posting for details.
