Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Architect who will have expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials including Receivables, Cash Management, Payments, Payables, Assets General Ledger and Expenses. This role involves leveraging technical skills in OTBI and FRS to optimize financial processes and systems.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle Cloud FIN modules ensuring seamless operation across Receivables, Cash Management, Payments and other financial areas.
• Provide expert guidance on the use of OTBI and FRS to generate insightful financial reports that drive strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Implement best practices for financial data management ensuring accuracy and reliability across all financial operations.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills):

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials including Receivables, Cash Management, Payments, Payables, Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
• Demonstrate expertise in OTBI and FRS for financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in Payments and Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Buffalo, NY. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Salary and other compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
