The Office Manager will be responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with the operation of the Agency Center office. In addition, the Office Manager will be required to complete minimal service tasks for walk-in customers and prospective customers, primarily processing customer payments. Finally, the Office Manager will be a vital connection point between the Exclusive Agent (EA) and the customer (existing and prospective).

Minimum Skills and Competencies:
- Bring your high school diploma or GED equivalent. Have 1 - 2 years of customer service, insurance sales/service, or office administration/clerical preferred.
- Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and to adjust schedule to meet service standards.
- Proven ability to remain focused in fast paced environment.
- Proficient use of computer systems. Possess intermediate skills.
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Teams, and Zoom.
You are expected to:
- Assist walk-in customers with payment processing adhering to prescribed processes.
- Interact with existing or prospective customers who visit the office in a professional manner to help or facilitate a virtual connection with an EA.
- Complete basic administrative tasks such as routing mail and coordinating the calendar application used to schedule EA/customer appointments.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain complete and accurate records as directed by their supervisor.
- Complete special projects at the request of the supervisor.
