Office Clerk

Looking for an office clerk to support a project onsite in Warren to handle the general office duties. The workstation will be in a trailer outside of the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Filing/faxing/scanning of documents
• Maintaining Outlook email box
• Managing and tracking project information within MS Excel
• Assigned office tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of office setting experience
• Outlook email experience
• Intermediate MS Excel skills (workbooks + formulas)
• Comfortable working in construction environment
• Approachable demeanor
• Willing to help out on various office tasks when needed

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
