Mid-level Mechanical Engineer

Highlights of your role:

• Analyze production and maintenance data to drive root cause analysis and improve processes.
• Utilize 3D modeling to design new equipment or modify existing systems, ensuring production, maintenance, and safety requirements are met.
• Showcase your innovative thinking by leading trials to test and validate engineering improvements.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on scope, on time, and within budget.
• Provide comprehensive support to production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects exceed customer expectations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

You're a good fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor).
• Strong project management skills.
• A passion for hands-on work with mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.

• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• A willingness to share your expertise while being open to others' ideas.
