Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, and trade secret litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in state and federal courts, supporting and preparing for trials.
• Work directly with clients to craft case strategies and provide legal counseling.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Strong experience with motion practice in Illinois federal and state courts.
• Familiarity with Illinois procedural law and Cook County courts.
• Demonstrated ability to handle subpoenas and manage large-scale discovery.

Compensation

Base pay range: $190,000.00/yr - $265,000.00/yr
