Thriveworks is actively seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.

*** We are pleased to offer a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus. Clinicians must provide 25 clinical hours or more per week.***

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a compensation range of $130,000-$187,000 annually based on 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, to ensure safety and best practices for our clinicians and clients through telemedicine, we do not incentivize the use of stimulant medications; they are offered solely based on the client's specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions at the clinician's discretion. Currently, we do not treat substance use disorders, emphasizing referrals to in-person providers when necessary.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you will provide care to a diverse range of clients facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, with a focus on serving both adults and adolescents, and a future commitment to expanding services across the lifespan.

Qualifications:

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous
While three years of experience is preferable, at least one year of psychiatry practice is mandatory
All clinicians must be licensed and reside in the practicing state
Completing in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, followed by a certification exam, is required for all new hires; treating ADHD clients is expected, without quotas for clients or prescriptions.

What We Need:

Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing telemedicine format
Ability to treat clients aged 14 and up
Willingness to work in the office at least once a week
Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as necessary
Collaborate with clients on comprehensive care plans
Complete necessary paperwork and evaluation tools for clients
Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various sites
