Position Summary: Do you enjoy brightening people's day? Our Member Support Cashier Associates are essential to our front end operations. As the first and last point of contact for many of our members, your warm smile, greeting, and appreciation will create a welcoming atmosphere. We're seeking friendly individuals to manage registers and assist members during their self-checkout experience! The work environment can be fast-paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You will be required to manage multiple tasks quickly while supporting members with scanning items, processing payments, and keeping the area clean. While it can be challenging, our cashiers find it fulfilling to be part of a close-knit team focused on one goal: ensuring members leave satisfied and happy.

Work Environment and Responsibilities:
As a Member Support Cashier, you will ensure the facility's safety by following company policies, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any unsafe conditions to management. You will engage with members to understand their needs, assist them in making purchases, and help resolve any concerns. Your role will also involve promoting the company's products and services and guiding members in using self-service technology. You will assist with transactions, including processing payments through registers or self-checkout. Additionally, you will maintain a well-organized area for merchandise.
