Work Shift: Night
Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00
As a Clinical Nurse II, you will:
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
- Utilize sound nursing judgment in patient care management.
- Provide primary and emergency care for patients with both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administer prescribed medications as directed.
- Collaborate with your nursing team to develop individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
- Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
