Medical Receptionist

Vaco is seeking a Medical Receptionist to handle patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and phone inquiries. The role also includes managing the call room to facilitate communication between patients and medical staff. Contract to hire.
Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and schedule appointments
  
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  
• Manage the call room for effective communication
  
• Maintain patient records

Qualifications:

• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Epic experience a plus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

• office location and other geographic considerations;
  
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range of $16-$19/hr reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
