As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and building complex precision mechanical assemblies and intricate mechanisms with critical dimensional specifications and operating relationships. This role requires a high degree of skill in fitting components, calibrating operating units, and aligning or balancing completed assemblies, alongside a broad knowledge of mechanical principles and assembly techniques. Essential Skills: Assembly, Blueprint interpretation, Hand tool proficiency, Power tool proficiency, Mechanical assembly, Machine building, Schematic reading

Additional Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or machine building. Experience in robotics and integration is advantageous but not required.

Work Environment: Work on the 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential flexibility based on the trainer. The production floor is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
