Commercial Masonry Superintendent

Location: Greater Charleston, SC

Relocation: Assistance available for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $80,000$110,000 (paid weekly) (negotiable based on experience)
• Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600$800/month
• Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee
• 401(k)

Key Requirements:

• Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years in commercial masonry
• 1+ year as a superintendent
• Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn all processes are digital)
• OSHA 30 is a plus
• Clean background
• Strong and stable job history no job hoppers

Project Types:

• CMU-type commercial buildings
• Schools
• Government facilities (e.g., Coast Guard)
• Precast / Veneer
• Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance
• Retrofit to brand new construction
• Hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, scan rooms, CP rooms, infusion rooms, data rooms, surgery rooms, office suites, power plants, parking decks/lots

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness
• Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep
• Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor
• Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead
• Review drawings and ensure build quality
• Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics
