Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, safety and signage on the job site, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project staff to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
• Assist in contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues that may arise during construction.
• Lead and mentor site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork throughout the project.
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Skills with related industry software: Procore
• Familiarity with cost estimation and budget management processes is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
