Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative and community-focused individual to grow and engage our audience across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing the social calendar, driving content creation with a focus on short-form video, and fostering a highly engaged online community.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and execute the social media content calendar.
• Create and edit short-form videos, including Reels and TikToks.
• Publish content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Engage and manage the online community through DMs, comments, and mentions.
• Run engagement campaigns like surprise & delight, spotlights, and challenges.
• Track and optimize engagement metrics to enhance community interaction.

Essential Skills:

• 24+ years of experience in social media or community management.
• Hands-on experience with short-form video content creation.
• Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of effective content strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), lifestyle, or consumer product brands.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Triple Whale.
• Comfortable both behind-the-scenes and in front of the camera.
• Advanced reporting and cohort analysis skills.
• Experience scaling campaigns across e-commerce platforms like Amazon.

Work Environment:

This role operates within a standard office environment with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position requires adaptability to fast-paced and evolving digital settings, strong collaboration, and communication skills. The candidate should be passionate about brand growth and audience engagement, and be capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
