We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in Gainesville . In this full-time, salaried position, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, elevating productivity, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify risks and ensure safe operations while meeting weekly production schedules.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing standards.
• Monitor product quality and address issues related to scrap and rework, utilizing root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Analyze manufacturing yields and costs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead engineering projects for new processes, dedicating 50% of your time to providing direct support on the manufacturing floor.
