Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Marvin, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Your work will focus on process development and improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation within our operations.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities across production and business processes.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes and standard work procedures.
• Train team members in lean manufacturing concepts to foster a culture of improvement.
• Take the lead in Process/Product Teams (PPT/IPT) projects to drive operational success.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to address problems effectively.
• Analyze and resolve production line challenges, leading problem-solving groups as needed.
• Provide feedback on project viability and maintain production-related communications.
• Investigate quality concerns to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.

You are a great fit for this position if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in project management.
• A minimum of one year of experience in process development or improvement.
• The ability to travel as required.
