Our client is seeking dedicated Manufacturing and Production Workers to join their dynamic team from entry level to management roles. As a Manufacturing and Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing and Production Workers

Location: MOBILE, AL

Pay Range: $15-32/hourly, depending on position and experience

What's the Job?

• Load/unload materials and products
• Operate basic machinery and tools
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Assist with inventory and shipping tasks
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Monitor production lines and ensure quality standards
• Train and mentor junior staff
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Supervise daily operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage inventory control and workflow efficiency
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Report to upper management and support strategic goals
