What We Are Looking For
We seek independently licensed clinicians who are ready to make a significant impact. Ideal candidates are:

• Willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children (with our support)
• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team
• Interested in opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Individuals who embody strong character, integrity, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Alabama
• Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $100,300, depending on licensure type and level, session volume, and bonus eligibility.
