What We Seek
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Alabama who are eager to make a significant impact. Ideal candidates will:

• Be willing to see 25+ clients per week

• Have a generalist approach to behavioral health (open to working with couples/children with our support)

• Value autonomy while enjoying collaborative teamwork

• Be interested in leadership opportunities

• Exhibit strong character with a commitment to integrity and quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Alabama

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
