Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
- Execute safe driving best practices when operating CFA vehicles with a sense of urgency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on the restaurant site
- Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and restaurant at all times
- General building maintenance.
- Window washing & limited power washing
- Limited landscape and sprinkler maintenance
- Assisting with moving & repairing building equipment
- Limited cleaning of the building and facilities.
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect.
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete any tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Help at the store when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate power washer
- Ability to use our chats thru a phone app
- Consistent and reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule (available 3 Sundays a month) (some days need to be available at 5:30am)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Minimum age: 21+
