Job Title: Machinist
Pay: Up to $20 (Depending on Experience)
Shift: 1st
Job Summary: Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Wire EDM, Lathe, and Milling machines to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify CNC programs using software such as Mastercam or Esprit.
Set up CNC EDM, Lathe, and Mill machines with appropriate tooling and fixtures.
Interpret CAD drawings and GD&T specifications.
Operate machines to perform complex machining operations including drilling, milling, turning, threading, and contouring.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct quality assurance checks using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are running at optimal performance.
Troubleshoot programming and mechanical issues.
Maintain proper file management for all CNC programs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
Experience in CNC machining (EDM, Lathe, Mill).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good physical condition and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
