Job Description
Join a respected industry leader specializing in structural framing packages for residential and light commercial projects.
We’re seeking an experienced Lumber Estimator with a strong background in detailed take-offs for framing lumber, sheathing, and related materials.
What You’ll Do:
Perform accurate material take-offs from architectural & structural drawingsWork with procurement to finalize costs and competitive bidsCoordinate with design, sales, and field teams for accuracy & deliveryUse estimating software (PlanSwift, Trade Tek, or similar)
Maintain organized records of estimates and bids
What You Bring:
3+ years estimating framing packages for residential or light commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret plans & drawingsKnowledge of wood construction methods and codes
Strong math, organization, and communication skills
