We are seeking an experienced Estimator with 10+ years of estimating experience, including 5 years as a Sr Estimator and 5 years as a Project Manager concurrently with their estimating responsibilities. This role requires expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and managing bidding processes while overseeing project execution to ensure budget and timeline alignment.

10+ years of estimating experience, with at least 5 years in Sr Estimator role.

5+ years of project management experience, concurrently with estimating responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost structures.

Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
