Salary Range: $46,220.72 - $64,709.01 (Hourly: $27.00/hr. - $37.32/hr.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately obtain and record patient vital signs.
• Document components of patient history thoughtfully.
• Communicate openly and appropriately with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist in in-office procedures under supervision.
• Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture for lab tests.
• Handle prescription call-backs as per your scope of practice.
• Prepare patient charts with pertinent clinical information.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure upon hire required.
• Previous experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to present information effectively and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and families.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly standing and walking.
• Occasionally climbing and kneeling.
• Frequently lifting and carrying items.
