Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Logistics Services Associate Manager for our Monday to Thursday 9:00 am - 7:30 pm. to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
- With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues.
- Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Receives guidance and oversight from manager.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$60,900.00 - $78,676.14
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
