WHAT OUR EVENT COORDINATORS DO

Our event coordinators are dedicated to ensuring our guests enjoy their events to the fullest. Anticipating needs and exceeding expectations is second nature to those who thrive in this role. If you love multitasking and engaging with people, we want you on our team!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EVENT COORDINATOR

• Gather essential information for events and staff ahead of time.
• Communicate with managers, chefs, and service staff about event details and special requests.
• Promote additional services such as entertainment options or food & beverage upgrades.
• Coordinate the setup and management of all event areas and service offerings.
• Build personal connections with guests and ensure their needs are not just met but exceeded.
• Assist guests with scoring system setup, explain safety protocols, and provide a fun bowling lesson!

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• This role takes place in a typical entertainment environment that requires walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting items with assistance.

• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly Availability:

• Weekend availability required.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
