Join our team as a Warehouse Materials Handler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment for our customers. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are committed to upholding our customer service standards and shipping guidelines while accurately filling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize our computer system to access and view customer orders placed through our website.
Quickly and accurately pull orders from designated locations as indicated on tickets.
Prepare packages, generate and assess labels, and meet customer requirements for timely shipping.
Carefully count and pack items to ensure error-free orders.
Foster good relationships with other warehouse departments to facilitate replenishments and assistance.
Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager and City Counter.
Keep all logs organized, neat, and legible.
Inspect packaging for any damage and re-box or re-label items as necessary.
Adhere to shipping and packing guidelines as per UPS regulations.
Uphold safety standards during operations and identify unsafe practices.
Maintain a clean and efficient workspace along with any powered equipment used for job functions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the DC Management Team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Clear and legible writing of numbers and letters.
Strong computer skills and the ability to read and match numbers and words accurately.
Exceptional customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Experience in picking, packing, and prior warehouse operations preferred.
Advanced computer skills and shipping experience using USPS/UPS are desirable.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
