Logistics Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Representative . In this role, you will serve as the point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and provides excellent customer service while solving logistics challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors
  
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues
  
• Maintain accurate records of transportation data, invoices, and shipping documents
  
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal departments regarding shipment status
  
• Assist with carrier negotiations, rate confirmations, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  
• Support the logistics team with reporting, process improvements, and special projects as needed
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  
• 1-3 years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience preferred
  
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS or ERP systems a plus
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  

Benefits:
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
