As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for clients and driving favorable outcomes. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated attorneys and paralegals who are all focused on winning cases. While you'll have guidance from a Managing Litigation Attorney and support from a litigation paralegal, this position requires a self-starter who can independently manage their caseload and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of litigation, from drafting pleadings and substantive motions to representing clients at hearings.
• Conduct discovery and disclosure, take depositions, and develop strong cases.
• Ensure all deadlines are met with precision and excellence.
• Provide proactive, transparent communication with clients throughout their case.
• Focus solely on litigationno rainmaking or administrative firm management duties required.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Arizona (required)
• Experience with Title 14 litigation, probate litigation, and estate planning (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
